“Saved Times” allows for the provision of various services for residents. Administrators of residential complexes, as well as representatives of service providers such as local restaurants, laundries, cleaning services, car washes, and others, can add, remove, and edit their services linked to specific buildings. Residents, at any time, can view a complete list of available services and place orders for those they need. Payment can also be made within the application. Upon placing an order, service providers receive notifications and can commence with the service delivery. After receiving the service, residents can rate its quality and provide feedback. In the case of low-quality service, service providers may lose the right to offer their services within the application.
